It still incudes its namesake gel, but unlike past versions, the gel isn’t visible from the outside. This design decision gives first billing to the FLYTEFOAM BLAST PLUS ECO (or FF BLAST+ as it is written on the side of the shoes) and places the gel right under your heel to optimize impact absorption.
